What is the Zibidar.com shipping method?

2. EMS express

How to check shipping cost?
If you choose free shipping, there is no shipping cost. But if you choose EMS/DHL, there will be an additional cost. You can add your items to your shopping cart, your shipping cost will be determined by the weight of the total weight of the item in the shopping cart. A tracking number will be issues and provided on request.

Do you ship to my country?
We can send to almost every country on earth and have free shipping to our main destinations.

Where is the order shipped from?
Your order will be shipped from Hong Kong.

What’s the shipping time?
After payment is received for the order, we will ship the order within 3-5 days. However due to the oversea shipping it takes additional time for the time to be processed though custom clearance, it will take more time than domestic shipping. We appreciate your patience if you choose free shipping by registered airmail.

How do I get my tracking number?
When order completed a tracking number will be available, we will send you the tracking number information by email upon your request. Please contact our customer service on hello@zibidar.com.

How to check order status?
We understand that you are eager to know the status of your order in real time. Once requested you we will send your order status information to your email. You can track your order on the following sites.

My tracking number is not working, what should I do?
When we deliver the package to post office, we will send you tracking number. But it takes 1-3 days for post office to put the tracking number on the online website to track. So please wait 1-3 days to track it online. During new year holiday or other holidays, it shall take more time to track.

Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it all could have fit in one box?
Zibidar.com may decide to package your items separately due to weight, size concerns or some products being out of stock, so as not to delay the whole order we send out items as they become available.

Does my express shipping option (EMS, DHL etc.) ensure my order will be shipped out before the normal?
Unfortunately it does not. All orders are processed and shipped within our 3-5 business days processing time-frame, regardless of the shipping option selected.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
First, please check your order list to make sure order was sent in one packing, or if separately, please be patient for the completion of order. If all packages have been delivered and you’re still missing an item, please follow the Guarantees procedure.
If you are unable to locate the item at last, please take a photo which show any labels of the packing and email us.

Do I need to pay for Tax and Customs Duties?
Zibidar.com sends the items from Hong Kong which is a free port. Because there is no sale tax by Hong Kong government, customers will not have to pay any tax when shopping from us.

Zibidar.com is registerd for GST in New Zealand and no additional Tax is payable by the customer, if there are any issues with your item due to and hold up with customs please contact the support tema who will resolve the issues as soon as they are able to.
